Shëngjergj is a peaceful mountain village surrounded by forests, waterfalls, alpine meadows, and fresh mountain air. This region is ideal for hiking, mindful movement, and reconnecting with nature at a slower pace. Staying in a traditional family-run guesthouse (Bujtina), you will experience warm hospitality, homemade regional food, and a glimpse into the simple, authentic life of an Albanian mountain family.

 

Plazhi i Gjeneralit – Coastline, Sea & Deep Relaxation

Plazhi i Gjeneralit (General’s Beach) is a quiet sandy bay nestled in a lush green coastal landscape, surrounded by forests and flowering shrubs. With crystal-clear water and a relaxed atmosphere, it offers the perfect setting for seaside Yoga, beach fitness, meditation, swimming, and rest. Comfortable wooden bungalows with sea views create a calm and natural environment for the second part of the retreat.

We stay in beautiful, well-equipped cabins set amid lush greenery, directly on a fine sandy beach, where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and a sense of deep tranquility.

Day 1 – Mountain Hike & Waterfall Experience in Shëngjergj – 23.05.2026

8:00 We meet in front of the Tirana University at Mother Teresa Square and travel together to Shengjergj.

9:00 – 9:30 Warm-up session to activate our bodies for the day ahead.

9:30 – 10:00 Hike up to the stunning waterfall (easy hike).

10:00 – 11:00 Meditation and Qi Gong exercises to awaken our senses.

11:00 – 12:00 Qi Gong practice to release energy and ground ourselves.

12:00 – 12:30 Hike back and walk to the Ujvara (Waterfall) Woodland Restaurant mithin lush gardens.

12:30 – 14:00 Traditional meal and time to relax, enjoy the restaurant’s gardens, and the little lake.

14:00-14:30 Check in in our charming guesthouse and free time to relax.

17:30 – 19:00 Restorative yoga in the lush gardens oft he guest house.

19:30 Traditional fresh, organic dinner in the beautiful gardens

 

Day 2 – Mountain Hike & Beach Escape – 24.05.2026

8:00 – 9:00 Traditional organic breakfast in the guesthouse gardens.

9:00 – 9:30 Warm-up session to activate our bodies for the day ahead.

9:30 – 11:00 Hike to a mountain lake, the so called Rabbit Lake.

10:00 – 11:00 Meditation and Qi Gong exercises to awaken our senses.

11:00 – 12:00 Qi Gong practice to release energy and ground ourselves.

12:00 – 13:30 Hike back trough the stunning landscape to our guesthouse.

14:00 – 15:30 Traditional organic lunch at the guesthouse gardens.

15:30 – 16:00 Grounding energizing exercises to close the mountain day.

16:00 – 15:00 Restorative yoga session to relax and unwind.

17:30 – 19:00 Drive to Plazhi i Gjeneralit, a quiet sandy bay surrounded by lush greenery and check in your charming wodden bungalows.

20:00 Traditional fresh, organic dinner with beach view.

 

Days 3–9 – Coastal Program

Yoga, meditation, beach fitness workouts, stress management workshops, free time by the sea, Mediterranean meals, and deep relaxation, with a closing session and return to Tirana on the last day. In detail:

Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the retreat.

Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made within 7 and 13 days before the retreat (minus €50 deposit).

No Refund: Cancellations made less then 7 days before the retreat.

Force Majeure: If you are unable to attend the retreat due to a serious, unforeseen event (e.g., severe illness, medical emergencies, travel restrictions, or natural disasters), please notify us as soon as possible. A doctor’s note or official documentation may be requested to verify the situation. In these cases, we will either reschedule your retreat or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
