Dajti Mountain National Park, often referred to simply as Dajti, is a stunning natural haven that offers an exceptional opportunity to explore Albania’s rich biodiversity and scenic landscapes. Located only a short distance from Tirana, it’s an ideal retreat for those seeking adventure, peace, and a deep connection with the outdoors. Rising over 1,800 meters above sea level, Dajti Mountain features striking cliffs and awe-inspiring views. From its peak, climbers and visitors can enjoy sweeping panoramas of the city of Tirana and the surrounding mountain range, earning it the nickname “Tirana’s Balcony.”

Itinerary

  • 8.30 am We meet in front of Tirana University at the Muther Theresa (paid parking
    spots are nearby the square).
  • 9:00 am Arrival at the base of Dajti Mountain.
  • 09:15 am – 09:45 am Hike up the Dajti Mountain forest.
  • 09:45 am – 10:15 am Meditation at a serene spot in the forest.
  • 10:15 am – 11:15 am Hike up Dajti Mountain (easy hike).
  • 11:15 am – 11:45 am Reflection, exchanging views, snacks will be provided.
  • 11:45 am – 12:45 pm Tai Chi connecting with nature.
  • 12:45 am – 14:00 pm Traditional lunch at a mountain restaurant (lunch not included).
  • 14:00 am – 15:00 pm Exchanging perspectives and practical tips to integrate in daily life.
  • 15:00 am – 16.00 pm Energizing Qi Gong restoring energy.
  • 16:00 am – 17:00 pm Wrap Up and Meditation.
  • 17:00 am – 17:30 pm Travel back to Tirana.

have lots of fun together and the bond within the family is strengthened. Your children
