Nestled in the serene heart of Përmet, the charming family-owned boutique guesthouse Shtepia Ime (“My House”) offers a warm, authentic retreat surrounded by nature. 08:00 – 🚐 Transfer from Tirana
We will meet at 8:00 am in front of Tirana University at Mother Teresa Square (paid parking available nearby) and depart together for Përmet.

Along the way, we’ll take a relaxing break at a beautiful nature café to enjoy the scenery, stretch, and arrive refreshed.
Day 1 – Arrival & Grounding in Nature

Gentle grounding exercises to release travel tension and reconnect with the body.
19:00–20:30 – 🍽 Organic Dinner

20:30 onwards – 🌙 Moon-Greeting Meditation
A calming evening meditation inspired by traditional Shaolin Kung Fu practices.
Day 2 – Energize in Nature (Full Retreat Day)

Eastern-inspired movement and breathing exercises in the peaceful garden of Shtepia Ime, with panoramic nature views.
08:30–09:30 – 🥐 Breakfast at the Hotel

Visit the famous thermal baths, enjoy a guided nature walk, and relax in the mineral-rich waters, combined with mindful movement and breathing practices.

14:00–17:30 – 🌸 Free Time & Relaxation

Day 3 – Reflection & Reconnection

A relaxed morning breakfast before the final day’s activities.
09:30–12:30 – 🥾 Mindful Hike to the Bektashi Teqe
A gentle hike to the historic Bektashi Teqe, followed by energizing practices in nature to support clarity and inner focus.
12:30–14:00 – 🍴 Closing Lunch
A shared farewell meal at a traditional restaurant featuring local dishes.
14:00–15:30 – ✨ Body Relaxation & Energy Integration
A guided session combining breathwork, gentle stretching, and mindful movement to release tension and integrate the retreat experience. Complemented by practical tools and insights for stress management and mindfulness in everyday life after the retreat.
15:30–20:00 – 🚐 Departure to Tirana
Transfer back to Tirana with time to rest and reflect on the retreat journey.
