Spille Beach Summer Weekend Retreat Itinerary with Wellness Workshops

 

Day 1: Arrival & Settling In – 29.05.

 

8:30: Departure from Tirana*

For those who booked the transfer with us: We meet at Tirana University, Mother Teresa Square (paid parking available nearby the square) and begin our scenic journey to Spille Beach. We’ll stop along the way at a beautiful Café in nature.

 

11:30: Arrival at the Hotel

 

12:00 – 13:00: Welcome Lunch at the Hotel*

Enjoy a light traditional lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, featuring fresh local ingredients and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

 

13:00 – 16:30: Free Time to Unpack & Enjoy the Beach

 

17:00 – 18:30: Restorative Yoga

Join us for a restorative yoga session that focuses on relaxation and flexibility. The beachside setting will help you unwind after your journey.

 

19:00: Dinner at a Beach Restaurant (Not included)

Enjoy a delightful dinner with local flavors while watching the sunset over the ocean.

 


 

Day 2: Energize & Flow – 30.05.

 

8:00 – 9:00: Meditation & Sunrise Yoga

Start your day with a peaceful meditation session followed by a gentle sunrise yoga practice. Align your body and mind with the rhythm of the waves.

 

9:00 – 10:00: Breakfast at the Hotel

A healthy traditional breakfast to energize you for the day ahead.

 

10:00 – 11:30: Martial Arts-Inspired Fitness

A high-energy session inspired by martial arts techniques to strengthen your body and increase coordination. This workout combines dynamic movements with a focus on endurance and balance.

 

12:00 – 13:00: Wellness Workshop

Participate in a wellness workshop focusing on mental and physical well-being. Learn valuable techniques such as breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and stress management strategies to enhance your daily life.

 

 13:00 – 14:00: Traditional Lunch at the Hotel

A traditional lunch, offering organic dishes made from local ingredients.

 

14:00 – 16:30: Free Time to Enjoy the Beach

Take advantage of the afternoon to relax on the beach and swim in the clear waters.

 

17:00 – 18:30: Restorative Yoga & Mindfulness

A restorative yoga session focused on deep stretching and mindfulness techniques.

 

18:00 – 20:00: Free Time & Explore the Beach Clubs

 

20:00 PM: Dinner at the Hotel

Return to the hotel for dinner, where you’ll enjoy a variety of fresh and healthy dishes, including seafood. Reflect on your day and savor the flavors of the region.

 

21:30: Join us for a Moon-Greeting Zen Meditation

A peaceful practice inspired by traditional Shaolin Kung Fu.

 

Day 3: Flow & Flexibility – 31.05.

 

8:00 – 9:00: Gentle Yoga & Meditation

A slower-paced yoga session with a focus on deep stretches, breathing, and mindfulness. This session will leave you feeling centered, ready for the day ahead.

 

9:00 – 10:00: Breakfast at the Hotel

Enjoy a nutritious breakfast to fuel your body for the day.

 

10:00 – 11:30: Dynamic Martial Arts-Inspired Fitness & Flow

A dynamic workout with martial arts movements. This session helps to build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun, engaging way.

 

12:00 – 13:00: Wellness Workshop

Join a wellness workshop focused on mental clarity and relaxation. Dive deeper into techniques that promote mindfulness, stress reduction, and emotional balance.

 

13:00 – 14:30: Traditional Lunch at the Hotel

Enjoy a hearty, traditional lunch at the hotel, featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes.

 

 

14:30 – 16:30: Free Beach Time

Spend your afternoon enjoying the beach. Whether you’re swimming, relaxing, or exploring the area, this time is yours to unwind.

 

17:00 – 18:30: Restorative Yoga

A soothing yoga session designed to promote relaxation and improve flexibility.

 

19:00: Dinner at a Beach Restaurant & Chill at a Beach Club (Not included in the Retreat package) **

We head to a beach restaurant for a delicious dinner with a focus on fresh, local cuisine. Afterward, we will unwind at a nearby beach club and enjoy the evening beach atmosphere.

 


 

Day 4: Farewell & Departure – 01.06.

 

8:00 – 9:00: Yoga Flow

We start with a yoga session designed to energize and stretch the body.

 

9:00 AM – 10:00: Breakfast at the Hotel

A nourishing breakfast to start your last day at the retreat.

 

11:00 – 12:30: Martial Arts Fitness

A final martial arts-inspired workout leaving you feeling strong and empowered.

 

13:00 – 14:00: Lunch at the Hotel

Traditional lunch with lots of fresh local ingredients.

 

14:00 – 15:00: Farewell Ceremony

Gather for a closing ceremony to share reflections, express gratitude, and set positive intentions for the future.

 

15:00: Departure

For those who booked the transfer with us, we’ll begin the journey back to Tirana, leaving Spille Beach rejuvenated and empowered.

For Families

If you join as a family and your children are aged 3 and up, we will adjust the program with playful Fitness and Yoga exercises. A joyful practice for both body and heart.

489 EUR per person in shared accommodation.

550 EUR per person in single rooms.

Includes 3 nights, all meals at the hotel, all activities and trainings (from Thursday to Sunday).
