20.09.2025: Settling In, Relaxing, and Revitalizing

  • 8:30: We will begin our journey to Durrës Beach. We will meet in front of the University of Tirana, Mother Teresa Square (paid parking spaces are available near the square).
  • 09:30: Arrival at our hillside beach hotel.
    Adjustment and relaxation with a wonderful view.
  • 10:30-11:30: Health Exercises from Kung Fu Martial Arts.
  • 12:00 – 13:00: Delicious welcome Lunch with 3-courses.
  • 13:00 – 16:00: Free time to enjoy the Pool or Beach and relax.
  • 16:30 – 17:15: Rejuvenating Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga
    This session emphasizes breath coordination, flexibility, and strength, offering   a balanced approach to relaxation and energy regeneration. Perfect for those looking to calm the mind, improve mobility, and increase overall vitality.
  • 17:15-18:15: Introductory Kung Fu Class, focused on basic self-defense techniques.
    An introductory martial arts class focusing on fundamental self-defense techniques aimed at strengthening physical and mental abilities.
  • 19:00: Dinner with 3-courses and healthy, organic local dishes.
  • From 21:00: Zen Meditation – Moon Greeting
    Peaceful and very special meditation inspired by Shaolin Kung Fu.

Day 2: We Recharge – 21.09.2025

  • 8:00 – 8:20: Meditation.
  • 8:20 – 09:00: Yoga Fitness for toning and shaping (60 minutes)
    This training is a dynamic practice combining yoga poses for strengthening with fitness-inspired movements. The exercise aims to tone muscles, deeply strengthen the body, and improve flexibility, helping to model and define the body. Perfect for those who want to increase endurance, improve posture, and achieve a toned and lean body, while enjoying the benefits of yoga.
  • 09:30-10:30: Breakfastbuffet with a lot of delicious choices
  • 10:30 – 11:30: Wellness Workshop (60 minutes)
    Focused on mental and physical wellness, offering breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and stress management strategies.
  • 11:30-12:00: Restorative Yoga (30 minutes)
    Focused on relaxation and stress relief, this practice encourages deep breathing, helping restore balance and promote healing, while calming the nervous system. Perfect for relaxation and recovery.
  • 12:30-13:30: Lunch
  • 13:30-15:00: Time at the pool or beach
  • 15:30-16:30: Introductory Kung Fu Class, focused on basic self-defense techniques (60 minutes)
    An introductory martial arts class focused on basic self-defense techniques, aimed at strengthening physical and mental skills.
  • 16:30 – 17:00: Farewell Ceremony
  • 17:15: Departure: For those who have booked transport with us, we will begin the journey back to Tirana, leaving feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

Refund Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the retreat.

Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made within 7 and 13 days before the retreat (minus €50 deposit).

No Refund: Cancellations made less then 7 days before the retreat.

Force Majeure: If you are unable to attend the retreat due to a serious, unforeseen event (e.g., severe illness, medical emergencies, travel restrictions, or natural disasters), please notify us as soon as possible. A doctor’s note or official documentation may be requested to verify the situation. In these cases, we will either reschedule your retreat or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
